Here are our core values
1) Empowerment – Training pastors, and ministers, to acknowledge and follow the Holy Spirit in every area of their life so they can become true followers of Christ and then they can teach others to do the same. (Ephesians 4:12, Proverbs 3:6)
2) Love – Teaching people how to walk in the agape kind of love with everyone. (Roman 13:10, I Corinthians 13) Meeting people where they are, being culturally sensitive while ensuring we do not compromise biblical standards, and being an example for them in faith, word, and action. (1 Corinthians 9:20-22)
3) Identity – Teaching and training people to see themselves how God sees them. In doing so, people will begin to see who they are in Christ and begin to operate in their gifts and callings so they can fulfill the vision God has placed in their heart for themselves and/or their ministry. (1 Peter 2:9, Jeremiah 1:5)
4) Excellence – Train up leaders and lay members to honor God by maintaining a high standard of excellence in ministry by being good stewards of all ministry resources (people, time, money, etc.), especially exercising Godly judgment with time and financial accountability. (1 Corinthians 10:31, Philippians 1:9-10)
5) Be Teachable – In order to follow the Lord, we must be humble and teachable to receive the correction of the Lord and to keep learning. (Hebrews 12:5-11) Teach people to constantly strive to learn, improve and grow in order to reach their full potential in Christ. (John 14:26, Romans 15:4, 1 Thessalonians 4:1)
6) Holiness – We strive to live a godly lifestyle without compromise by being a doer of the Word in every area of our life. In doing so, we will begin to live a life of integrity by honoring God’s Word through our words and actions. (1 Peter 1:15-16, Hebrews 12:14)
7) Respect – Be willing to submit to the authorities that God has set over this ministry. We may not agree on everything but we can agree to disagree and communicate with respect and love when dealing with questions or issues regarding teachings or doctrine in a non-judgmental and critical way. (Romans 13:1, 2 Corinthians 7:15)
8) Teamwork – We believe that if the Holy Spirit is allowed to flow as He desires through each pastor, leader, church member; then we will have a greater manifestation of God’s glory in and outside of our meetings. (Romans 12:3)
9) Discipline – We are striving to make Christianity a lifestyle by consistently applying and putting into practice the Word of God to our lives. (1 Timothy 4:7)
